Forms & Grants

The forms are downloadable and it should not matter what type of a computer (IBM or Mac) you have. As long as you do have the Microsoft programs, you can open these downloadable documents. Our files are virus-free.

If you cannot download or access any of the files, please e-mail the webmaster and request the forms you need (be specific!). We will be very happy to e-mail them to you.

Below are the instructions for downloading these forms in Internet Explorer (IE) or Netscape.

Instructions for Downloading Forms in IE

  1. Move your pointer to the appropriate form you want and “click” to open the document
  2. Move your pointer up to the top menu bar and click on "File"
  3. Move your pointer down to "Save As," and save your document where you want on your hard drive.

Another way to download is:

  1. Move your pointer to appropriate form you want to download, but do not click
  2. Press your right button on your mouse and you will get a little menu
  3. Move your pointer down to "Save Target As," and save your document where you want on your hard drive.

Instructions for Downloading Forms in Netscape

  1. Move your pointer to the appropriate form you want and “click” to open the document.
  2. A pop-up window will appear as shown below, check the "Save it to disk" and press the "OK" button.

Another way to Download

  1. Move your pointer to appropriate form you want to download, but do not click your mouse button
  2. Press your right button on your mouse and you will get a pop-up menu
  3. Move your pointer to "Save Link As" and press your mouse button to select
  4. Now save your document on your computer.
