Course Description
The Early Childhood Education (ECE) Program provides students an opportunity to work with and learn about young children. Students work in an Anchorage School District Preschool classroom located in King Tech High School. They are supervised by early childhood education instructors. There are 4 semesters of ECE offered, but students do not have to enroll for all semesters. Students who complete all 4 semesters of Early Childhood Education have the potential to earn their Child Development Associate Credential before graduating. Each semester will offer the opportunity for UAA credit.
