Who: school districts and Head Start Programs that are classroom-based
What: Pre-Elementary Approval to Operate Application
When: Annually, by September 15 for districts submitting a renewal application OR for new districts, within 30-days before the program start date
How: complete the online Pre-Elementary Approval to Operate Application
Why: required by Alaska Regulation 4 AAC 60.010 -60.180 and adds current information to the public Alaska Pre-Elementary Program Database.
Required: Every district and agency with approval must annually complete a Pre-Elementary End-of-Year Report, due June 30 annually.
