Alaska Child and Adult Care Food Program - Family Style Dining

This training covers important information on the benefits of the family style dining model for meal service in child care settings and the participant will learn the steps involved in implementing this meal service in their center. This training is required for center administrators that are applying to operate the CACFP and implement family style dining.
