Meal Pattern Basics

This course explains the basic operational requirements of the Child and Adult Care Food Program, or CACFP. This is a required course for new programs, new administrators, or key food service staff of existing programs. It is a refresher with some new information for returning programs or experienced administrators and food service staff.
